If you make the effort to find this restaurant you will be blessed with the most formidable food and a splendid atmosphere of peace in which you will be able to concentrate fully on the wonderful food created here. Eat nothing all day before arriving. This is the authentic Italian kitchen I always hope to find when in Parma. An absolutely wonderful portion of filled tortolli, with pumpkin, tomato and spinach respectively, was followed by a fantastic dish of boar with polenta. I also tried the zabaione with crunchy cherries in liqueur. A dream. Simplicity and art meet here, on your plate, without being ostentatious. I want no music to disturb me, and the environment is not cluttered with modern fixtures to divert your attention. It is a respectable and classic interior that has complete respect for its guests. You can pay by card. Thank you. I'll come again.

How come I had never been there in 33 years of life?I can't give myself a precise answer, but damn me for never having done it.Imagine a clear day in March. 3 young couples with a hunger that makes your hair stand on end and your stomach scream. We sit down after being welcomed impeccably, they reserve the kitchen room for us where you can breathe the deepest and most intimate flavor of home with Anna and Riccardo, who make sure that nothing is missing from the table.Sunday lunch was full, and we were already worried about having to wait too long, but in the blink of an eye our order was taken and after a ridiculous wait we found ourselves with a table laden with every delicacy. Tortelli of the best flavors, with butter and high quality parmesan, potato tortelli with a soffritto that would make you cry, baked punta worthy of a Guinness World Record, stewed hare with polenta, fried polenta with lard pesto to mop up... what can I say, a triumph. And the desserts, let's not even talk about them... a dream! We would have stayed there for a second round starting from scratch! But alas, it was 4 pm and I'd say that was enough. We said goodbye with their cold Grappone that helped us digest well... it doesn't end here, see you soon to finish all your supplies. It's not a threat, just hunger for your delicacies. See you soonNicola, Miriam, Francesco, Silvia, Francesco, Costanza and Olivia.

We went to visit the Magnani-Rocca foundation and on the advice of the staff we had lunch in this beautiful trattoria. Even though we didn't have a reservation and it was full due to the November 1st holiday, the staff seated us after very little waiting. Cured meats, fried polenta, tortelli with truffles (both those stuffed with potatoes and the green ones with ricotta and cooked shoulder), excellent house Lambrusco! Not to mention the desserts... especially the trifle still made by "grandmother" which reawakened memories of the flavors of home. Attentive and friendly service, parking right under the premises. What can I say... Well done everyone, we will definitely be back!
